Glenn

Ski Instructor / Ski School Director

Glenn Wellesley is a British ski instructor who has been ski-teaching for over 20 years. His career has taken him all over the world, including the U.S.A and New Zealand before making the French slopes his winter home.

Glenn has his full BASI (British Association of Snowsport Instructors) international ski teacher licence with full French equivalence, but many of the skills that set him apart from other ski instructors came as a result of a ski racing injury. Glenn lost the physical strength to ski at race-level using orthodox methods, so he researched the latest techniques in bio-mechanics and sports science to find the easiest, most energy-efficient ways to ski.

The realization and understanding of how psychology and clarity are key factors in sport spurred him on to seek out and emulate World-renowned mentors and leaders in performance coaching.

Glenn is well equipped to help you “get the most without using the most” and to… Ski with Ease™. These performance soft skill coaching methods are tried and tested by elite athletes and will help ease you into the right mindset to get you skiing as quickly as possible.

Uros ( €uro's )

Full-Time ski instructor

While teaching skiing down under doing back-to-back winter seasons, the Aussies struggled to say his name right. They pronounced it as Euros (€) and the kids just called him Mr Money.

Uros started skiing when he was 9, which was quite late for someone who comes from a small country with mountains and had a total blast. He knew he wanted to ski as often as possible and joined a ski club and made a lot of progress as well as friends and started to race. (Our Robert was one of his coaches with Medin, Luka, Zan his race team mates). He has taught in Georgia, Oz, Slovenia, Austria and now with us in France!

He is a relaxed and patient instructor and loves keeping sessions fun and will even pass on some ski tricks if you are up for it! Uros does a lot of freestyle skiing and off-piste freeski movies and photo shoots. You can follow him on social media with great soundtracks as he has an audio engineering diploma and plays bass in a rock music band recording in proper studios.

Uros was one of our part-time team last season and everyone loved him. He’s back season 23/24 full-time.

Robert gave me all the tools I needed to go from a complete beginner to being able to ski safely. The training was structured but friendly, and never did he run out of patience. Great advise always given. Highly recommended.
