The resort is a proud owner of the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label, which means that the needs of younger guests have been carefully considered. You will find plenty of accommodation to suit all budgets and the ski pistes and terrain is best suited to beginners and intermediates to ski as a family as well as challenging areas for the advanced skier.
The village dates back to the 12th century, and the people are proud of their Savoyard culture. The restaurants too exhibit traditional fare and you’ll find plenty of tartiflette, fondue and charcuterie. There is a wide range of cuisine to suit all tastes and most restaurants have children’s menus. With over 100 shops, bars and restaurants, Les Gets will be bustling in the early evening.
Les Gets and Morzine are also linked and share the same ski pass.
Want to escape the crowds and ski something challenging but equally as fun then why not try out Mont Chery area of Les Gets? One of the Portes du Soleil’s highest areas and has incredible 360-degree views of the whole area & Mont Blanc on a clear day, not to mention amazing bars and restaurants, which are well worth visiting.

Morzine – Les Gets & full Portes du Soleil ski pass prices vary based on ski area coverage, time of the season, and duration. There are also special rates for pedestrian passes and family ski passes.
You can buy your pass online, directly via the lift-company, collect your ski passes in resort or have them delivered.
Our Les Gets meeting point is at the top of the Chavannes Telecabine.
Take the Telecabine des Chavannes (Red Gondola) from the centre of Les Gets town. As you exit you will see the Yeti Restaurant. Walk around to the front seating terrace and your instructor will be standing in front of the ski racks wearing a green ski jacket and blue ski pants with Ski With Ease or Board With Ease Logo.
If you have your own transport, you can drive to the top of the mountain and have a choice of car parks right on the slopes! Perfectly positioned for the meeting point, beginners slopes and restaurants.

Glenn Wellesley, Director created Ski With Ease Ski School and our teaching methods. His technique came as a result of a ski racing injury when he lost the physical strength to ski at race-level using orthodox methods so, he researched the latest techniques in bio-mechanics and sports science to find the easiest, most energy-efficient ways to ski. His expertise developed lessons specifically for nervous skiers as well as basing all of our lessons around having fun! It’s our 6th season and our team has now grown to include Board With Ease Snowboard School.
